I am 33 years old, raised in AZ, and currently fighting a mystery disease! Prior to getting sick four years ago, I was an account manager for a digital advertising company. I worked full time, managed over 160 clients, hit the gym 3-5 times a week, ate healthy, traveled far and wide, and never needed anything more than an urgent care doctor.
I love traveling and trying new things. I've been to 18 different countries, I've lived in AZ, Utah, Belgium, Michigan, Nebraska, and Boston. I love finding new restaurants, playing games, watching movies, and reading. I also love going to concerts and discovering new music! I enjoy spending time with my family, and I'm completely in love with my husband James!
As you may notice in some of my posts, my relationship with God is the most important thing in my life, and I have a great deal of faith in his power to heal and protect me. Through the trials in my life, I have learned to trust him and understand him in ways that I may not have learned otherwise. I have found that when I seek Him, I do find Him. And for me, that makes all the difference in the world. I can't explain why I have had such great trials in my life (trust me, there's a list!) but I do trust that God is leading me, and preparing me for the future. In experiencing so many things in such a short time, I've found that I can relate to other people better. I am slower to judge, quicker to help, and far more capable of building relationships. I understand people in ways I never have before. I truly believe that if we will let him, God can take our trials and weaknesses and turn them into strengths. I trust him with all my heart. Wherever my life is headed, I know he won't let me down.
